HOMEPAGE
Paola Valentini and Alberto Maccacaro met in 1992 and they shared a big passion for travel, for research and discovery of art productions of distant cultures, especially jewelry.
After several researching trips in Asia and North Africa, in 1997 they open the gallery ETNIE in Verona; the gallery became a landmark for many lovers of antiques, ethnography and jewelry.
Over almost thirty years of activities, the gallery helded many art exhibitions about indian traditional jewelry, primitive art – especially from Africa, asian traditional manufacts, from Japan to Tibet.
